Cheesy Dip

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Cashews
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 4-6 tablespoons of Water
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 6 crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Optional: Minced Spring Onion, Basil, Peri Peri Masala…
  1. Soak the cashews overnight.
  2. Blend lemon juice, water, and oil with cashews until it’s mixed well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients – nutritional yeast, salt, garlic.
  4. Add flavourings according to choice.
  5. Put in a bowl and garnish.
  6. Serve with nachos, chips, or vegetable sticks.
