Ingredients:
- 200 g Cashews
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 4-6 tablespoons of Water
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 6 crushed Garlic Cloves
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Optional: Minced Spring Onion, Basil, Peri Peri Masala…
- Soak the cashews overnight.
- Blend lemon juice, water, and oil with cashews until it’s mixed well.
- Add the remaining ingredients – nutritional yeast, salt, garlic.
- Add flavourings according to choice.
- Put in a bowl and garnish.
- Serve with nachos, chips, or vegetable sticks.
