Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Soya Milk
  • ¾ cup Rice Bran Oil
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Mustard
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt

Take a blender with a hole in the lid. Add soya milk, vinegar and lemon juice, put on the lid and start blending. Slowly and steadily trickle in the rice bran oil. Then do the same with the olive oil.The mixture will emulsify and mayonnaise will form. Add mustard, sugar and salt as per desired taste. Keep in the fridge to set.
