Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Plant-based Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Whole Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Dried and Fresh Fruit, Nuts & Seeds for toppings
Method:
- Blend frozen strawberries until pureed. In case of fresh strawberries, add a couple of ice cubes
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together
- Pour in a bowl
- Add toppings for garnish and serve
